 Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers Which lawyers are super? We think they are all pretty super and six of our nine lawyers have been designated Super Lawyers by Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers, 2007. The Olender Firm lawyers - Harlow Case, Karen Evans, Kim Keenan, Jack Olender, Melissa Rhea, and Sandra Robinson - were chosen in the Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice category. No other D.C. based firm had more than one lawyer in that category. In addition, Kim Keenan and Sandra Robinson were also named to the Top 50 Women Super Lawyers and Jack Olender to the Top 100 Super Lawyers. When asked to comment on the super accomplishment of his firm, Jack Olender said "Aw, shucks, I guess that's why they call us the D.C. Malpractice Law Firm." Only 5% of D.C. lawyers are designated Super Lawyers. Published by Law and Politics for thirty states, this is the first year Super Lawyers has selected D.C. lawyers. They were selected from 35,000 ballots sent to D.C. lawyers, plus independent evaluation and verification. Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers 2007 was distributed with Sunday's (March 25) New York Times and by mail to local lawyers.
