FINANCIAL TERMS

We are available to prosecute cases for agreed upon retainers and hourly fees, but to keep our services within the financial reach of all our clients, regardless of economic background, Jack H. Olender & Associates does operate on a contingent fee basis. Under the contingent fee, there is no fee for our clients unless we recover a financial settlement or monetary judgment in court for them. Also under the contingent fee the firm's expenses are repaid from the client's recovery and there are absolutely no fees for initial consultation.
